Our well-established specialist hospital, known for its excellent reputation, invites applications for an experienced Psychiatrist or a Physician in Training (m/w/d) specializing in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. We offer a direct employment contract with the hospital. Our recruitment consultancy supports you free of charge throughout the application and hiring process.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and conducting consultation-liaison psychiatric services within the hospital, collaborating closely with other medical departments
- Participating in outpatient clinics, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders
- Contributing actively to the development and implementation of the hospital's internal quality management system, including documentation and process optimization
- Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure comprehensive patient care

Your Profile:
- Completed or ongoing specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, or equivalent experience
- Practical experience in consultation-liaison psychiatry and handling psychosomatic comorbidities
- Competence in behavioral therapeutic approaches
- Strong clinical foundation combined with medical expertise
- High motivation, responsibility, and the ability to work independently
- Organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to dynamic clinical environments
